As the Lead Treasury Lead or Treasury Manager at Tenstorrent, you will take charge of our treasury function, overseeing all aspects of cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk management. You will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure our financial resources are effectively deployed while maintaining financial stability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and funding requirements.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on excess cash.
- Monitor and analyze interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and other financial market indicators to inform investment decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and financial instruments, such as short-term investments, money market funds, and certificates of deposit.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to interest rate fluctuations, foreign exchange exposure, and credit risk.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in treasury roles, including cash management, investment, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of treasury best practices, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Deployment, maintenance, support and monitoring of our infrastructure in the Bangalore office
- Act as sole onsite IT presence, therefore support and troubleshoot local technical issues from laptops to AV equipment
- Administration (of local and in part) of entire network- wide CentOS and Ubuntu Linux systems; systems security tasks including security scanning, patching and systems hardening

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of installation and maintenance of enterprise level hardware, small deployments count provided its standard equipment
