As an intern in Signal and Power Integrity Engineering you will support feasibility studies and optimization of Tenstorrent’s chiplet packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Build simulation models of the package and chiplet complexes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Silicon Architecture to PCB and System Integration.
  • Design monolithic and 2.5D package interconnects using Cadence APD (mentorship will be provided).
  • Utilize industry-standard simulation tools to optimize power distribution networks and high-speed channels between chiplets.
  • Develop automation routines for design and simulation

Qualifications

  • Fundamental understanding of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
  • Familiarity with ANSYS and/or Cadence tools for SIPI and Routing
  • Ability to break complex problems into small
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and come up with creative solution
