About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) to join our rapidly growing company. The CEM will be a key player on the Account Management team, supporting the team’s customer-facing responsibilities. This person will manage the onboarding process for customers, respond to day-to-day customer and attorney needs, assist with initiatives to grow customer relationships, and work cross functionally with other departments within Ontra. Over time, CEMs will also manage and grow their own accounts.
The CEM will report directly to a U.S.-based Managing Director, and can be located in any of our U.S. locations.
What you’ll do
- Customer onboarding: utilize customer-facing skills to lead smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers including account set up and managing the customer journey
- Customer growth: Identify and pursue customer growth through supporting and leading upselling and expansion opportunities
- Process Design and Optimization: Design and implement custom processes for new engagements in response to specific customer needs; map out the customer journey and help constantly improve the company’s customer-facing processes

About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer that will be reporting to our Test Automation Manager on our R&D team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone to act as a leader in providing best practices around Test Automation along with mentoring other team members. This person will work closely with the DevOps team to incorporate the automated test suites into CI CD pipelines to ensure bug free releases to Production. The Senior Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for full stack testing

About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Test Automation Engineer that will be reporting to our Test Automation Manager on our R&D team.
This role is a great opportunity for those who are excited about the possibility of building and automating our current QA processes as well as our automated functional/non-functional tests, in partnership with our cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps & SWEs). The Test Automation Engineer will also have the opportunity to create manual test plans.

What you’ll do
- Results-oriented: Work closely with our DevOps team to incorporate the automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure bug free releases to Production

Ontra is seeking an E-Billing Analyst reporting to our Director, Billing & Collections on our Finance & Accounting team.
The role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become an essential member of Ontra’s Finance & Accounting team. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing and collections for Ontra’s clients that utilize e-billing. The E-Billing Analyst will work to ensure successful invoice submission and payment of all e-bill accounts.

What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end onboarding for all new e-bill clients
- Submit all e-bill invoices in compliance with clients’ e-billing guidelines, and by the required monthly deadlines
- Source and maintain all necessary information for successful invoice submission for new and existing e-bill clients; i.e. client matter IDs and timekeeper approvals
- Respond to client inquiries for accrual data, matter information, and timekeeper rates
- Resolve all e-bill rejections and reductions in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with Account Managers and other team members to edit, revise, and resubmit invoices as required
- Generate AR aging reports and facilitate collections outreach for customers with past due balances
- Assist with cash application by researching and identifying cash receipts for e-billed invoices
- Monitor client e-mail inbox and internal invoice support channel for incoming inquiries and respond within the established time frames
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 2+ years of e-billing experience generating and editing ledes files for both domestic and international clients (98B and 98BI file types)
- Software: familiarity with third-party e-billing portals such as CounselLink, SimpleLegal CounselGO, Tymetrix360, Passport, and Serengeti Legal Tracker
- Superior attention to detail: willing to put in the time and effort to avoid errors and consistently deliver polished work product

About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Senior Accountant reporting to our Accounting Manager on our Finance & Accounting team.
In this role, you will support the Company’s day-to-day accounting function, including month-end close activities (e.g., bank reconciliations, numerous asset and liability reconciliations, cost allocations, journal entries, etc.), monthly recurring and ad-hoc financial reporting and variance analyses, administration of T&E system and policies, and general accounting support which includes assistance with the annual external financial statement audit and research and documentation of complex technical accounting issues, among other varying responsibilities.
