Your Impact: The Director, Technical Engagement will lead our team of Technical Engagement Managers (TEMs) who play a vital role in the delivery of client solutions to Fortune 1000 Insurance carriers. This team oversees critical deployments, change management, and ensures success of our products for our large customers. You will help manage (and ensure TEMs manage to) project timelines, drive status updates, and provide day to day operational leadership with our delivery team. In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Technical Engagement Managers (TEMs) who play a vital role in the delivery of client solutions to enterprise clients

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience owning, navigating, and successfully delivering large, complex engagements with large Enterprise customer organizations with a focus on professional service delivery.
- Proven success managing enterprise client portfolios with a NRR of $20M+
- 7+ years directly managing and upskilling a team of technical client facing employees
- Comprehensive understanding of project management practices, implementation lifecycle and ability to deliver on ambitious timelines
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and leading client services efforts across distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to executives/decision makers
- Create visually compelling presentations
- Experience with Jira, Google Workspace, Slack and Lookr

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. You will help drive forward the vision, specification, and delivery of our expanding product line. Our teams are tackling challenges to modernize claims management atop a powerful AI backend, requiring sound technical judgment.
About You: An analytical product manager with four (4) plus years working in a team SaaS environment building world class products. You are looking for a role where you can be highly impactful and work closely with leadership. Requirements:

- Experience running pilot programs with early stage products and samples
