As a Product Marketing Manager at EvolutionIQ, you will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing and Client Services, translating deep understanding of the customer and market into a compelling narrative that drives our product adoption. A key function of this position will be shaping the strategic roadmap through market insight, product positioning, and product launch execution. You have knowledge of web, SaaS platforms, and how companies utilize software within an ecosystem.
About you: you exhibit a blend of marketing, technical, analytical, and communication skills that enables you to translate technical product understanding into compelling product stories that drive commercial success. You love innovation and making a fast impact – and are always driving toward launch and delivery thanks to your high degree of ownership and control. Ambiguity isn’t a challenge, but rather a chance for you to define and narrow a problem space independently. You’re genuinely curious and supercharged by having interesting, unsolved problems continually present themselves.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Product Enablement:
- Act as a thought partner of Product Managers, specifically as the voice of the market, helping to define our Product and Machine Learning strategy
- Research: conduct market / user / competitive analysis that uncover insights that help focus product roadmaps on the largest business opportunities
2. Go to Market:
- Create and execute go-to-market plans - including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, essential messaging, marketing channels
- Own internal and external product advocacy
3. Revenue Enablement:
- Develop content and communications for different mediums and audiences (case studies, product descriptions, sales materials, etc.) and drive internal training / rollout
- Assist sales team on prospect calls as a product expert
- Facilitate the feedback loop between Product and Revenue Organization
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of Product Marketing experience preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong command of customer experience, data, growth marketing, and product
- Experience maintaining great relationships while collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Bias for action and ability to execute quickly, juggling multiple deliverables with a “make it happen” mindset
- Team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
