- Support the talent team through the coordination of candidate interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Work to build out our Lever ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder
- Contribute to sourcing projects and candidate outreach to drive new candidate acquisition
- Collaborate with our Recruiting team to ensure we hit our ambitious hiring goals
- Connect the recruiting process to larger post-hire culture initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to be in our NYC 3 days a week on average
- 1+ year(s) of recruiting coordination, admin, or operations experience in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and customer service oriented, and the ability to work through ambiguity
- Ability to build relationships and establish rapport quickly with employees at all levels
- Basic familiarity or ability to quickly pick up core tools such as Google Suite, Mac OS, Zoom, and Slack with minimal direction
- Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Nav experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
- Overall track record of professional and academic success
- Relentlessly positive attitude and the ability to have fun at work
