Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, the Manager of Events will be responsible for planning and executing our global events strategy.
The Manager of Events will partner closely with the Head of Demand Generation, manage two direct reports, and collaborate with the entire Growth team as well as external partners to organize flagship events with commercial motions. Theyβll also partner closely with our CRO and GTM leadership to establish a tight loop between Growth and Sales, both pre- and post-event. This person is expected both to execute event strategy and the tactics for major events in the US and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and coordinate major company events (e.g. user conference, trade shows, field events) to include venue selection, contract negotiation, speakers, sponsors, invitees, logistics, AV & webinar setup, registration, email blasts, direct mailers, budget reconciliation, e-marketing systems management, swag requests, etc.
- As part of the demand generation team be accountable for a pipeline goal
- Build out the annual events plan to support our community and sales motions
- Manage budget development and setting of income targets for each event
- Responsible for the entire event from promotion, attendance to follow-up with lead-pipeline capture. Work closely with the sales and sales development teams on pre-event communications and event lead follow-up
- Solicit internal and external feedback and manage post-event program evaluations to ensure learnings, results, ROI, and areas for improvement are effectively captured
- Create unique event experiences that communicate the companyβs ethos in service of its value proposition and GTM motions
- Project management of materials creation, staffing, on-site set-up, and logistics, working with a range of stakeholders, including agency partners, product and field marketing teams, and executive staff
Requirements
- +7-10 years of experience in program/event marketing role in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience in managing a team while being very hands-on
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with project management experience in a deadline-driven environment
- Executive presence: knows how to interact with senior leaders (VP-level, CxO, MD) at public & private companies, venture firms, key customers, key prospects

The Machine Learning Software Engineer, reporting to the SDK Team Manager, will be responsible for building the software development kit (SDK) which helps our users accelerate their machine learning projects and build better models faster. Reporting to the CISO, the Lead Product Security Engineer will directly contribute to securing the Weights & Biases platform that powers our customer's MLOps workflows. Providing both tools and guidance, the Lead Product Security Engineer will enable engineers to deliver our product securely. Responsibilities:
- Build security into each stage of the software development lifecycle through the use of automated tools and processes
