Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique value of the Notable platform
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Translate findings into actionable insights to guide marketing strategies
Healthcare Expertise: Leverage your background in healthcare to deeply understand the challenges, pain points, and opportunities faced by healthcare providers. Use this knowledge to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience
Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and website materials, that effectively communicates the value proposition and benefits of our platform
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and delivery, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively position and sell our platform, including sales collateral, training materials, and competitive analysis

Bachelor's degree in any field - humanities majors welcome!
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
Strong background in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare processes, challenges, and regulations preferred–but not required
Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sector
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to make informed decisions
