We recently spun out of the AI2 Incubator (partners of the Allen Institute for AI), a world-class, top-tier research organization in artificial intelligence and raised a seed round from a legendary Tier 1 VC to pursue this mission.

Who you are:

We are looking for a highly motivated and relentless Growth Hacker to join our team. You are passionate about hacking growth and have a deep understanding of the latest marketing techniques and technologies. You are full of creative ideas for finding, reaching and acquiring users. You are all gas and no breaks. You have a strong analytical mindset and love to experiment with new ideas to drive user acquisition and retention. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and are excited to work with a world-class team of AI entrepreneurs and builders.

What you’ll do in this role:

As our founding growth hacker, you’ll wake up every day thinking about how to acquire more users. You will work closely with our founding team to identify and execute growth opportunities. Specifically, you will:

  • Ideate, develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain users
  • Experiment with various channels and techniques to discover the most efficient growth paths
  • Identify and understand users that love our product and acquire more of them
  • Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to optimize user conversion rates and retention
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and user acquisition
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify new opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to align growth initiatives.
  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • An unwavering determination to succeed
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Passion for learning

It will be especially relevant if you have experience in:

  • Consumer eCommerce or B2C customer acquisition

The AI2 Incubator partners with entrepreneurs like you that use revolutionary AI models to create products that people love. Typically these are brand new companies that we co-found together with you, but can also include our backing/support of an existing pre-seed company. In most cases, we invest about $600,000 in pre-seed capital over the course of about a year (in addition to ~$200,000 in cloud credits), and pour our hearts and souls into helping you with every aspect of getting a new business off the ground.
