As the Marketing and Events Coordinator you get to be hands-on with all things Marketing. From leading our Events strategy, to coordinating creative assets, to creating and QAing marketing deliverables; you get to take part from start to finish. You’ll get to work in generative AI and gaming and learn from marketing veterans from Big Tech, B2B, and developer organizations.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the first to lead Inworld’s event and tradeshow strategy and execution, including but not limited to: identifying critical events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and driving event attendance.
- Coordinate, create, proofread, and QA marketing assets, working across the website, email, YouTube, printed collateral, etc.
- Become an imperative member of the growth marketing team, working side-by-side with our leadership team to develop event strategy and objectives, owning all event initiatives to meet goals based on lead generation, brand awareness, and more.
- Execute high-visibility marketing programs across the entire company to organize and staff-hosted and sponsored events.
- Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events.
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on new user growth, revenue, and MQL metrics using our CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems.
- Forge relationships with Inworld’s vast network of partners and prospects on a one-to-one basis.
What we're looking for
- Passion for AI, gaming, and all things interactive.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You have an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners, while negotiating to get Inworld the best packages.
- Proven track record of executing world-class event marketing campaigns while driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing enterprise events for a B2B startup or related roles, preferably in the gaming or technology industries.
- You have built and accumulated your own best practices and frameworks for executing event marketing programs that you can start using on day one.
- You have experience working across multiple business groups and stakeholders, managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
- You're a strategic thinker who can analyze marketing performance, identify improvements, and develop actionable business plans.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
The US pay rate for this full-time, contract position is $40-$55 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The pay rate is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
