🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
Partner with people ops, recruiting, and internal teams to ensure data integrity; manage employee/candidate data and personnel files with high attention to detail
Set-up integrations between HR/TA systems and tools for more efficient process and workflows
Document internal processes and build information architecture for company visibility (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)
Perform audits of our benefits plan enrollment (medical, 401K, etc) and deliver high-level insights as an input to total rewards strategy
Explore automated reporting that will drive speed and scalability for the People & Talent team; set the foundation for People Analytics
Partner with People & Talent teams on specific projects as required
Prepare for SOC2 Audit in Q1 2024
⭐️ Is this you?
Experienced in Google Suite and Slack, strong communication skills
Experienced in HR systems (Rippling, Ashby, Lattice, etc) and how they integrate for optimal reporting
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
High level of discretion with sensitive HR data and subject matter
Working knowledge of HR topics across People Ops, Talent & Recruiting, IT and onboarding, and HR tech stack
Enjoy juggling multiple projects, especially in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
Have a service and solution-based mindset/internal customer orientation, and are excited to take on essential but behind-the-scenes tasks to help our teams do impactful work
Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and handling day-to-day tasks as they arise–no task is too big or too small
