Your extensive experience in managing recruitment operations for high-achieving tech organizations will be your greatest asset. As a key culture carrier and change agent, you will inspire the organization, fostering a climate of motivation, engagement, and exceptional performance.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about creating a seamless and effective recruiting process by leveraging technology and data-driven insights. If you enjoy leading by example, coaching a team of individual contributors, and have a knack for identifying key metrics that drive recruiting success, then this role is for you.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Equip our recruiting team with the most effective tools for each step of the recruiting process, ensuring optimal use of our current recruiting stack including Greenhouse, Gem, and GoodTime.
  • Monitor OKRs to evaluate recruiting effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Predict future talent needs and set measurable goals to ensure that the recruiting team's efforts are aligned with organizational growth.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to recruiting and onboarding.
  • Review and refine recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

We’re looking for a blend of:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on university recruiting
  • Demonstrable success leading strategy and driving execution to hire top-tier talent for a premier tech company and/or high-growth startup, including hiring talent in extremely niche talent markets
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence management and contributors at all levels of the organization and across functions
  • A proactive leader with a strong track record in building high-functioning recruiting organizations
  • Exemplary analytical, verbal / written communication, and interpersonal skills

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have Hands-on Experience: With our current recruiting stack, particularly Greenhouse, Gem, and GoodTime. Experience with Ashby and Workday (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Are Data-Driven: You have a strong affinity for numbers and can translate metrics into actionable strategies to continually optimize the recruiting process.
  • Excel in Leadership: You have a proven ability to inspire, lead, and grow a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Are Adaptable and Proactive: You can adjust to changing priorities and foresee issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Prioritize Communication: You're an exceptional communicator capable of effectively engaging with all levels within an organization, from individual contributors to executives.
  • Passion or deep curiosity in technology and artificial intelligence
