This is a fast-paced role with extensive growth potential for someone with a customer and "hustler" mindset and entrepreneurial DNA. You will work closely with our recruiters and founder to run outbound, qualify lead, run end to end sales process, work on new client acquisition and go to market strategies. What You'll Do
- Act as the face of Moonhub's Go-To-Market team
- Meet with potential customers, understand their pain points, and determine which of Moonhub's solutions is the right fit
- Review customer inquiries, prioritize high quality leads, and run point on the sales process
- Go from initial introduction call with a lead to the final close and beyond
- Ensure customer success throughout the sales journey
- Ruthlessly prioritize where to invest and close deals
- Help scale and operationalize Moonhub's Sale's motions
- Document, maintain and update internal CRM
- Become a Moonhub product expert second to none
- Document product learnings from sales calls and bring them to product org
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise communication with fantastic interpersonal skills
- Experience selling SaaS or services products into HR / talent orgs, or a strong understanding of HR / AI
- Hustler mindset and eager to wear lots of hats and learn quickly
- Can thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Drive to be the best and grow your career
- Highly organized and able to perform operational multitasking
