Overview
Our goal is to deliver the next-generation of Conversational AI (CAI), including the latest in Generative AI/Foundation Model technology. Towards this, we are building a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to create a platform that can provide elegant conversational experiences at scale. We are looking for a CAI Engineer II to pursue, and implement exceptional conversational experiences.
You will
- Deliver state-of-the-art Conversational AI products at a global scale to tens of millions of consumers.
- Bridge the gap between (in house and external) generative AI capabilities and applications that use them to automate conversations at scale.
- Extend the latest foundation model capabilities to take action and solve real customer problems.
- Implement and deliver production-level ML-focused code
- Identify and rapidly prototype supporting technologies to showcase conversational elegance
- Develop authorship tooling for building and maintaining dialogue management products at scale
You have
- B.S. in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of industry/academic experience with AI systems
- Experience delivering production software
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with Natural Language Understanding and/or Conversational AI techniques
- Experience with communicating insights and presenting concepts to diverse audiences.
- Team player mindset and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing conversational experiences for an end-user
- Experience conducting usability studies and focus groups
- Experience deploying Machine Learning models into production
