About the role:
As Siena AI’s first Partnership Manager, you'll drive strategic collaboration that amplifies our growth. You will craft, implement, and optimise our first partnership program, aligning it with company goals while boosting ARR through marketing initiatives with key agency and technology partners.
What you'll be doing:
Own the end-to-end strategy, ideation, development, and execution of Siena AI's pioneering partnership program, with a focus on enhancing ARR through strategic marketing initiatives with agency and technology partners.
Cultivate long-term relationships from strategic partnerships through pipeline optimisation. Drive acquisition campaigns, referrals, negotiations, and successful closures with a keen eye on maximising ROI.
Leverage partnerships for business initiatives, integrating products and fostering marketing endeavours. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product for seamless execution.
Elevate our educational approach in generative AI for CX. Create joint case studies, presentations, webinars, and engaging content that highlights the value proposition.
Represent and advocate Siena at industry events, both in-person and virtual. Drive and promote the brand's visibility and reputation.
Continuously improve our partnerships strategy using data-driven insights. Metrics and reports are your north star in decision-making and strategic iteration.

Have 3+ years experience as a Partnerships Manager/Sales in ecommerce enablement

Find excitement in learning, mastering and educating others about conversational AI in the ecommerce CX industry through live events, webinars and enablement sessions
