Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering, data science, product design, and customer support to consistently deliver the most impactful releases for our users
Communicate internally across all teams, from engineering to operations, to ensure everyone is prepared for each release and coordinate any additional testing requirements
Monitor and synthesize analytics and customer feedback, while working with customer support and data science, to prioritize any opportunities or product issues
Work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure all relevant content is accurate and prepared for publishing
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager
Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in both written and spoken communication that is extremely detailed yet concise.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of the product, as well as experience with engineering releases and product development cycles.
Simplification: Proven ability to simplify and balance product releases, focusing on prioritizing shipping over prolonged development cycles.
Internal Coordination: Experience in engaging and managing multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, design, customer support, and senior leadership.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with a track record in delivering complex projects while balancing technical trade-offs.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all produced work.
Leadership: Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, including but not limited to iOS, Android, Web, Desktop, Backend, and Machine Learning teams.
Data-Informed Decision Making: Familiarity with data analytics tools and metrics to guide product development and performance.
