As a Hawk-Eye Systems Operator, your role will encompass the installation and operation of our technology for matches and events. We deliver Tracking and Replay technology that makes the games we love Fairer, Safer, Engaging and Informed; you will be working alongside match officials, broadcaster teams, coaches, medics and more. ๐ผWhat does a Systems Operator do?
Regardless of which team you join, as an Operator you will be involved in:
Pre-match/event planning and setting up Hawk-Eye technology in the stadium (this can involve physically demanding work, such as rigging cameras and running cables);
Conducting pre-match checks;
Liaising with stadium staff, match officials and host broadcasters;
Monitoring/using the systems during matches;
Monitoring hardware and software performances, being able to troubleshoot and report encountered issues;
Playing an active role in software testing and development;
During the off-season, building and maintaining our hardware and equipment;
Assisting with installation and testing of new products and services.
