About the role:

Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and publish blog posts aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.
Manage product newsletter: Curate content, schedule distribution, and track metrics.
Oversee customer-facing newsletters: Compile updates, tips, and industry news.
Maintain the internal newsletter to keep the team updated on product changes and company milestones.
Handle the product knowledge base: Regularly update and improve articles and FAQs to aid customer understanding.
Coordinate with different departments to source content and align messaging.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a content creation or content management role, preferably in a tech or AI-related field.
Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate versatility, creativity, and effectiveness.
Strong project management abilities: Demonstrable experience managing multiple ongoing projects.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to distill company and customer goals into an actionable content strategy and execution plan.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools like Webflow, Figma, ChatGPT, or HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent remote communication skills.
