We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and independent Sr. Graphic Designer Contractor to join our team. We need an independent thinker who is committed to effectively communicating the message of each piece and can ask the right questions to get things done. This role involves working with our growing design team to promote our brand and products effectively across a variety of print and digital projects.
If you were working for us today, you would be:
- Designing print marketing pieces such as ads, product sheets, white papers, booklets, posters, signs, trade show materials, magazines, softcover books
- Designing graphics for online, interactive content and web
- Creating social media graphics and html newsletters
- Working on illustrations such as icons, diagrams, and graphic elements
- Maintaining brand standards across all design work
- Supporting on-site teams by communicating with them to provide the assets they need efficiently
- Prioritizing the importance of projects in our fast-paced environment
- Gathering additional necessary information from stakeholders outside the design department
You may be a fit for our team if you have:
- 5-10 years’ experience as a graphic designer or art director
- A strong portfolio that shows a variety of projects
- A clear understanding of design principles
- Solid knowledge of typography and page layout design
- Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and PowerPoint
- The ability to be receptive to constructive feedback
- The ability to take direction and problem solve with little supervision
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines
- The ability to produce polished work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Copywriting experience
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent Illustration skills
