We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team, and work alongside our Director of Compute Capacity to lead the delivery of customer facing, cross organizational programs for all of CoreWeave’s major strategic customers. This individual will take full ownership of capacity programs, partnering with customers to comprehend demands and timelines, engaging with engineering teams to determine technical requirements and resource allocations, and collaborating with operations to drive seamless execution and support company growth and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and build comprehensive plans for strategic programs, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, to guide successful execution and delivery of capacity
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex programs, encompassing all facets including planning, resource management, risk assessment, and engineering engagement ensuring successful outcomes
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate program requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders in order to drive resolutions and minimize impact
- Develop and implement scalable processes for program management within the company
- Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of program objectives, progress, and challenges.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in large public cloud service providers.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
- Familiar with the basic components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and infrastructure
