π Join Our Product Engineering Team! π
π Your Role π
You will be working on our existing portfolio of products and tools and supporting the roll-out of new products and features. You will play a major role in software testing and quality control ensuring the product meets the specification, is robust, stable, performant and works effectively across various hardware devices.
Being one of the first people to trial and test the products you will act as the liaison between the engineering teams and operational teams on-site, working directly with the Operational Tech Lead to deploy products into the live environment. This will include creating supporting documentation and video tutorials for new features and products to ensure a smooth roll-out and providing off-site support until the product is embedded into the live workflow.
π Key Responsibilities π
π€ Collaborate closely with one or multiple cross functional teams of product managers, engineers and designers to ideate, define, build and deliver high value products.
π Provide troubleshooting and support for the initial roll-out.
π‘οΈ Hardware benchmarking, trialling and testing of new hardware with the software products and services to ensure compatibility and maintenance of product effectiveness.
π Create training materials for the operations teams to support the initial roll-out and ongoing support of operators.
π Focus on the integration of services, as new products are introduced ensure that the various associated services are considered and not negatively impacted.
π οΈ Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise π οΈ
πΌ 1-2 years in Operational/Product role.
π» Have an understanding of software technologies and architectures and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and operators.
π Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
π Experience of ensuring quality of software products by working with software testing teams and managing defect resolution.
π Experience with product documentation and the roll-out of products and services to users.
