About the role:
As our Talent and People Partner at Siena AI, you will partner strategically with leadership to guide, shape and nurture our organisation's culture.
Take full ownership of our people strategy, spanning talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and building people processes as we move into the next stage of high growth.
What you'll be doing:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable hiring solutions across all verticals, from GTM to engineering. Partner with our People Ops Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, nurturing relationships with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our employer brand.
Culture and team environment: Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 4 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment.
Total Rewards: Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures. market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise processes and enhance the employee experience.
