The Misson:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through innovative growth hacking strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, data science, and marketing to develop and execute growth initiatives that are aligned with our overall business objectives. We are looking for someone who can take our growth to the next level. As a company, we are focused on using data-driven strategies to achieve our goals, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about growth and understands how to use data to drive decision making.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth experiments, including product changes, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
- Analyze experiment results and iterate on initiatives to optimize growth metrics.
- Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the user journey.
- Collaborate with product managers to build and launch new products and features that drive growth.
- Monitor and report on growth metrics to the leadership team and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth product management, growth marketing, or a related field
- Experience with growth hacking techniques and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with user research and customer development methodologies

As a Global Strategic Sales Account Executive/Lead, you will work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer on the following:
- Focus on a key industry or geography to deliver and exceed quarterly revenue and logo targets
- Lead conversations and discovery with customers on key priorities, use cases and the value that can be created from using Typeface
- Work closely with a cross functional team to develop a use case/value roadmap across workstreams and milestones
- Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager with the customer across all levels
- Be extremely hands on including being able to use the Typeface product throughout the sales and post sales process with a constant focus on value and customer success
- Very agile with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product and other functional areas
- Serve as the voice of the customer to drive customer success and inform our product roadmap
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years in a direct B2B enterprise SaaS sales role in the relevant vertical or geography
- Strong relationships with customers in your relevant industry or geography including customer references
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding quarterly targets with exceptional sales achievement and recognition (e.g., Presidents club)
- Well known for collaborating extremely well across own company and customers to get things done
- Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, organized, proactive and able to effectively tack as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a similar field.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS products and services, with experience in B2B sales.

As our Sales Development Manager, you will work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer on the following:
- Identify and target top prospects in our focus industry verticals and set up initial introductory meetings.
- Leverage content from our marketing team to reach out to prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- Lead initial customer meetings to provide an overview of Typeface and demo
- Work closely with sales and product teams to prepare for follow-up meetings including creating key summary artifacts like the business need, buying process and organizational charts.
- Create and track progress in our CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years in sales and business development, with a consistent history of exceeding pipeline targets with high quality leads – never misses their number.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and be entrepreneurial in reaching out to prospects to setup initial and follow up meetings.
- Self-starter who is very proactive and works collaboratively with others.
- Extremely diligent, detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication, presentation, demoing and interpersonal skills.
