- Commercial Leasing Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in commercial leasing to negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial real estate leases, licenses and colocation agreements across multiple states.
- Insurance Work: Provide legal counsel in matters related to insurance coverage, risk assessment, and policy review in the context of our data center footprint.
- Data Center Agreements: Strongly prefer experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing data center agreements, including colocation and data hosting contracts.
- Commercial Real Estate Financing: Strong preference for experience in commercial real estate financing, including the ability to structure, review, and negotiate financing agreements, loans, and related documents.
- Tech/Cloud Services: Prefer experience in technology and cloud services agreements, with the ability to advise on contractual issues related to technology and data center providers.
- Legal Research and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal and state real estate laws and regulations, as well as state incentive programs, ensuring full compliance and providing proactive counsel to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate agreements in multiple states.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of focused practice in commercial leasing, with a track record of successfully handling complex transactions.
- Extensive experience in related insurance work, including coverage analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong preference for hands-on experience with data center agreements, colocation, and data hosting contracts in multiple states.
- Strong preference for practice in commercial real estate financing, including loan agreements, mortgages, and related financial instruments.
- Preference for experience in tech/cloud services agreements and a solid understanding of technology-related legal issues.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating efforts of our security, opps, capacity planning and government affairs teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support the General Counsel, CFO, and CSO, and VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
