About this Role
We are looking for a Training Manager, Customer Experience who will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering internal and external training activity for the Arkestro product. This person will collaborate across our business functions to spearhead learning solutions which are tailored to each of our audiences - whether internal or customer facing. This role is responsible for the end to end process including assessing training needs; designing and developing strategies, materials, and content; implementing and evaluating training programs in multiple formats aligned to optimal modern training methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement an education strategy for customers, implementation partners, and key internal stakeholder teams
- Develop original written, digital, audiovisual, and presentation content to be used as training and reference material
- Deliver onsite customer training (up to 25% travel)
- Monitor content utilization to ensure that educational content is engaging and effective
- Apply diverse learning methodologies and concepts promote optimal learning outcomes
- Apply knowledge of learning theories and techniques to develop engaging training content
- Develop and own Arkestro’s training program and end-to-end delivery strategy
- Present and lead conversations about training projects, issues, solutions, and strategies with leaders and stakeholders
- Develop and report on training program performance metrics for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to stakeholders and executives
- Work independently and within a team, developing strategies and action plans, and implementing goals and objectives.
Necessary Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and multi-modal curriculum development
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and challenges then explain those processes to people in a way that they will understand, whatever way that may be for that individual.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning theories, equitable and inclusive design, instructional design models, and emerging trends
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements to develop learning courses from scratch, through to implementation and post-training assessments
- Proven ability to manage and analyze data to report on training-related KPIs, inform learning strategy, and communicate data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management and training-related certifications preferred
- Travel Required: up to 25% across the United States

We are looking for someone who can help us connect the various data instances across our platform. The right individual will own and develop our knowledge infrastructure between platform-generated data, data received from third parties, and historical customer data. They will also have opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other functions across the company to deliver world class, cutting edge data products. It's an exciting time for Arkestro as we continue to build out our product capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and organize raw data
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Collaborate with data scientists and software architects
- Gather requirements for and develop tools for supporting data scientists
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in a production environment
- Develop and deploy MLOps tools for training, retraining, and monitoring ML models
An ideal candidate has:
- Excellent communications skills, the ability to learn in a rapidly changing environment, and a desire for ownership
- 4+ years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and database design
- 4+ years of ETL or similar experience
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools
- 2+ years working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) or similar experience
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master’s is a plus
- Data engineering certification is a plus

About this Role
Arkestro is scaling the first sourcing enablement software that conducts automated negotiations. Our system utilizes artificial intelligence to optimize savings for businesses. We serve businesses globally with our cloud-based system. We aim to streamline highly complex processes to deliver better user experiences. To continue improving towards these goals we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager. They will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute on the Product strategy and roadmap for the Arkestro Platform.
- Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Work closely with Data/Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business.
- Identify areas where we can increase efficiency or drive cost savings for customers, by providing recommended next steps based on real-time customer data.
Necessary Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major is preferred
- 5-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
- Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Possesses a user-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with workflow optimization, process automation, or recommender systems is a plus.
- Experience defining and implementing Product Led Growth strategies.
