If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Manager of HR Analytics, Compensation, and Systems. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the strategic direction of our HR function.

Responsibilities


  • HR Analytics Champion:
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to leverage data in making informed workforce planning decisions.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the HR department.
  • Compensation Strategist:
  • Design and implement creative, competitive compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create innovative compensation structures that align with our business goals.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve our total rewards strategy as Tenstorrent evolves.
  • HR Systems Expert:
  • Lead the selection and implementation of new HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Oversee the management, optimization, and enhancement of our HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within our HR systems.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A desire to solve hard problems and a passion for building solid HR infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, compensation design, and HR systems management (10+ years).
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with HR trends and technologies.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
