We're looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead our regulations product change management initiative for a minimum 6-month duration. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving product (app) changes to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. This position is inherently cross-functional, overseeing regulations-related product updates across 3+ squads.

Recent regulatory changes in the US affecting Earned Wage Access (EWA) services have necessitated immediate action to ensure compliance across our product suite. This includes consolidating essential legal and regulatory information for informed decision-making, translating legal requirements into actionable product changes and keeping senior stakeholders informed on the changes and their business impacts over time. Ensuring the easy accessibility of this vital information and data is paramount to facilitating prompt decision-making and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven fast-paced tech project management: Demonstrated expertise in project management within high-growth tech companies, collaborating with multifaceted product teams, including engineers, designers, product managers, researchers, and analysts.
  • Strategic alignment: A successful track record of harmonizing with leadership teams to distill requirements and convert them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Exemplary organization: Exceptional organizational acumen, ensuring the timely execution of regulation-related projects across the organization.
  • Effective communication: Strong communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Decision facilitation: Proficiency in consolidating guidance and insights from internal and external sources to enable informed decisions and generate subsequent product team requirements.
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience in FinTech and/or regulatory change management is a plus.

Location Details:

Our product squads operate within the UK/Europe region. Therefore, we are seeking candidates located in the UK or Europe, with a preference for those who can be present at our London office for 2 days a week.
