What your challenges will be
- Solving customers’ issues through chat and email.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, reflecting their needs to the product and engineering teams.
- Educating Anima’s customer base using support articles and chatbot automation.
- Participating in best practices sessions, demos, training sessions, and meetups, over zoom and video recordings.
What existing skills & experience you possess
- Some experience in Technical Customer Success, Account management, customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in English and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience using Figma.
- Some exposure to programming with a language like JavaScript (no need to know how to code at a high level, just understand what is going on).
- Understanding of how websites and web applications work.
- Tech savvy, having the ability to learn new tools quickly on your own. For example, Anima’s CS team uses: Intercom, Slack, Google G-suite, Stripe, Asana, Figma, and more tools.
- Passion to help, educate and make customers succeed on their path to adopt Anima.
And it is GREAT if you have:
- Some experience with Intercom/Stripe is great but not a must.

Note: This position is based in Tel Aviv, Israel and going to the office on daily basis is required. The office is located at Israel Bak 1, near Sarona.
