The European Sales Manager will report to VP of Sales (EMEA) to oversee sales activities within Italy.
What you will do:
- Supports and generates sales to meet or exceed business goals set by the sales organization. Including renewals of existing contract and new customers contracts.
- Collaborate and maintain good relationships with local Distributors.
- Provide customer satisfaction strategies to advance the utilization of ISV products with new and existing customers in your assigned geographies.
- Identify and create sales opportunities with clinicians and administrators to bring awareness and desire to purchase ISV products.
- Understand and educate customers about stroke workflow, disease state and efficiencies gained with software.
- Participate in targeted Association and Society Events related to disease state areas of opportunity as directed by your Manager
- Develop relationships with local societies to increase awareness of brain imaging software and stroke treatment workflow.
- Provide customer feedback input to your Manager, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, product and engineering to develop and implement action plans for new and existing customer success.
- Identify key physicians, hospital executive and administrators contacts.
- Maintain initial lead progress, contacts, and progress in Saleforce.com.
- Communicate the ISV value message to all accounts in geographic territory.
- Exemplify the highest level of ethical business conduct of ISV.
- Supports or generates sales programs.
- Makes suggestions or independent decisions within the team to affect business strategies and revenue targets.
- Manage or support client relationships.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Build partner relationships as assigned.
- The candidate must have initiative and have good judgement in knowing when to make decisions independently and when to refer them to supervision.
What you bring:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 7+ years of management level experience in Sales of Medical Device/Imaging technology
- Outside sales experience preferred, preferably in med tech, stroke, neurovascular or imaging field.
