What You’ll Do

• Work with Product to flesh out new end-to-end flows, while still maintaining consistency across our app

• 2-3+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, working on enterprise products

About the job

The Team

Our On-Prem engineering team is responsible for the deployment of Arize in customer environments. In addition to working with customers in defining infrastructure requirements, the team designs and develops software and tooling that enables the management of these systems at large scale. The On-Prem team has grown to be expert in Kubernetes and cloud deployment on GCP, Azure, and AWS as well as dealing with networking and security aspects of on-premise deployments. The team is dynamic and relies on few talented individuals with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

What You’ll Do

• Work hands-on with the infrastructure that supports our distributed & highly scalable services in both SaaS and on-prem offerings
• Gather requirements from customers and adapt manifests and software to support new environments
• Use and augment monitoring tools to observe platform health, ensure performance and reliability

Our Fullstack engineering team is responsible for building highly robust, yet seamless features, to Arize AI’s main product offering. These teams bring complex ML workflows to life by allowing a variety of clients / end users to interpret, visualize, and monitor the performance of their AI and ML models, post production. Our Frontend and Fullstack Engineers are tasked with creating easy-to-use data visualization and observability experiences, in close collaboration with our Product, Design, and Platform Engineering teams.

• Write maintainable, scalable server-side Javascript for a real-time SaaS application (GraphQL, Relay experience is a plus)

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with new Arize customers as they onboard onto Arize. You will work with customers to advise on:

  • Arize use cases

  • Data integration methods

  • ML observability and MLOps best practices

• You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, while also building relationships with technical stakeholders
